1. Digital Nature of Products
At Sparrow Musicals, we provide digital goods including worship sounds, MainStage patches, and backing tracks. Due to the irrevocable nature of digital downloads, all sales are final once the product has been delivered or downloaded.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds or replacements are only issued in the following exceptional circumstances:
- Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchased the same product twice, we will refund the second transaction if reported within 24 hours.
- Defective Files: If the downloaded file is corrupted or non-functional, and our technical support team cannot resolve the issue, a replacement or refund may be issued.
- Major Discrepancy: If the product is significantly different from the description provided on our Website.
3. Non-Refundable Items
We cannot offer refunds for:
- Purchases made by mistake after the download link has been accessed.
- Dissatisfaction with the sound style or artistic direction (we provide demos to help you decide).
- Incompatibility with software not listed in our system requirements.
4. Refund Process
